We’ve grown attached to this beautiful Modern Farmhouse. In just 6 months, Currie Construction designed and built this sprawling family home in the Woodhaven Bend neighborhood. Full attention was given to each and every detail from interior to exterior. Crisp, white walls are contrasted by the dark window frames. The partial metal roof elevates the farmhouse look to a more sleek and modern feel. It’s pure perfection. We wish this lucky and lovely family many years of happiness inside their home sweet home. 

We’ve been busy with various types of work lately. In North Atlanta (Ball Ground), Mike has the Woodhaven Bend custom home close to exterior completion. The board & batten cladding is a beautiful alternative to the traditional farm house style. The clean lines and light colors are enhanced by the surrounding nature of this equestrian community. Makes us want to get out of the city and get some fresh air!

But then we see the plans for Buckhead Park North Townhomes and we’re pulled back in-town where Phipps Plaza, Lenox mall, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance to our sought after Peachtree Road location. We can’t wait to get through permitting and let the real progress start!

Another side project for Brent included renovating a charming, yet neglected 1960’s home in the Wood Valley neighborhood off West Paces Ferry. After giving it a much needed face lift, it sold in less than 2 hours of listing!

Remodel Project for resale

We are so excited to be starting construction at the long awaited Buckhead Park North townhome community on Peachtree Rd in Buckhead. Keep an eye out for more developments here and some peeks into the floor plans and design inspirations. We like to think of this stage (lots of red GA clay)  as a blank canvas – use your imagination! Who wouldn’t want to walk out of your front door steps, take a stroll to Phipps/Lenox mall and grab sushi at Tomo on your way back to your gorgeous townhome?

Below freezing temps didn’t slow these guys down today! Mike and his crew are showing great progress (while trying to stay warm) on a new estate home in the beautiful Woodhaven Bend community.
