We’ve grown attached to this beautiful Modern Farmhouse. In just 6 months, Currie Construction designed and built this sprawling family home in the Woodhaven Bend neighborhood. Full attention was given to each and every detail from interior to exterior. Crisp, white walls are contrasted by the dark window frames. The partial metal roof elevates the farmhouse look to a more sleek and modern feel. It’s pure perfection. Start Ups, In Progress & Completions…

We’ve been busy with various types of work lately. In North Atlanta (Ball Ground), Mike has the Woodhaven Bend custom home close to exterior completion. The board & batten cladding is a beautiful alternative to the traditional farm house style. The clean lines and light colors are enhanced by the surrounding nature of this equestrian community. Makes us want to get out of the city and get some fresh air!

But then we see the plans for Buckhead Park North Townhomes and we’re pulled back in-town where Phipps Plaza, Lenox mall, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance to our sought after Peachtree Road location. We can’t wait to get through permitting and let the real progress start!

Another side project for Brent included renovating a charming, yet neglected 1960’s home in the Wood Valley neighborhood off West Paces Ferry. After giving it a much needed face lift, it sold in less than 2 hours of listing!
